BEGINNINGS
Living Hope has served the communities of Burien, Des Moines, Normandy Park, Highline and SeaTac since 1969, first as Burien Church of the Nazarene, Washington State.

In 1982, the congregation purchased land in the newly formed community of Normandy Park, and began building a worship and education facility on the site of a former nursery.

In 2001, with a strong desire to show hope to a world desperately needing it, the congregation changed it's name to "Living Hope." Christ is our living hope for the future. He lives! He is our hope - our only hope!
